We last visited our friendly basement gremlins ξόρκι about 4 months ago to hear the torrid tale of the “Satanic Panic“, a song from their upcoming album. And, finally, the album is no longer upcoming, it’s alive, aliiiiveee! Named ‘Χειραψία Με Το Σατανά‘ (Handshake With The Devil), it’s the band’s synthpunkiest and grooviest basement-wave opus yet, with songs of pickled babies, motorheads, masonic floors (don’t ask, just dance), cannibals, the new flesh and of course, shaking hands with the devil amid a satanic panic and holding on a bit too long until it becomes awkward and slightly uncomfortable for both of you.
But it’s ok, the devil knows you are just excited about the music, although they do wonder why your hands are so sticky. Anyway, this is filthy fun of the best kind, from a great band that has yet to disappoint, so get listening (and wash your damn hands after handling all that new flesh).
