Review

Today, we present the premiere EP from Narrat. It is called ‘Levana‘and it consists of four solid tracks featuring excellent black metal.

As you’ll hear, these songs are very extensive and complex, yet their sound can be extremely melodic, with frequent tempo changes, lots of great riffs, and varied percussion that perfectly underscore the mood throughout. The vocals, like the instruments, reflect the characteristic elevated mood of Narrat‘s music. Lyrically, the themes lean more toward the metaphorical than the political — for example, describing a ritual in honour of an ancient goddess, to whom the origin of the word Levana directly refers.

The band members are openly anti-fascist and fully share our mission. For that reason, we strongly encourage you to listen to this material, both for its musical quality and for the values championed by the band members. Such is the law of the scene. Always antifa.
